The Executive Committee of the William Glasser Institute (Singapore) [WGI(S)] serves on a voluntary basis, providing leadership, governance, and strategic direction for the organisation.

As a recognised Member Organisation of William Glasser International (WGI), WGI(S) is part of a global community committed to advancing Dr. William Glasser’s Choice Theory psychology and Reality Therapy. Meeting regularly, the Executive Committee oversees the development and delivery of training and certification in Singapore, ensuring alignment with international standards and policies. The Committee works closely with Faculty to support professional development, certification pathways, and the ongoing recognition of practitioners.

Beyond governance and administration, the Executive Committee seeks to model the principles it represents. In its work, it strives to create a supportive, collaborative environment that reflects Choice Theory in action — fostering trust, encouraging growth, and strengthening the application of these ideas in homes, schools, workplaces, and communities across Singapore.
